Let's start with our name. Our Founder, Rebecca Page, chose “Concierge” because it implies good customer care, attention to detail, and being a trusted source for solutions. She chose “Home Services” because that is our focus - services for the care of the home.

This is why we describe Concierge Home Services as a household management company. Our aim is to develop a trusting relationship with homeowners so that they call us for all their home management needs. As a single-source solution for a complete range of home cleaning, pet sitting, and house sitting needs, we serve to provide better work-life balance for our Clients.

The core of this philosophy is our Staff. We believe that contented, valued Staff will make their best effort to take excellent care of our Clients.

Concierge Home Services is not an errand-running firm. Nor are we a cleaning company. We are in a class of our own. Our focus is on quality, not quantity; and service, not speed. We plan on offering our unique blend of services and our customer-care centered approach in cities across Canada by partnering with franchisees who are committed bringing our culture of quality and integrity to their community.
