In 2009 and in 2004, Concierge won the Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics from the Better Business Bureau. Employee relationships and our working environment were one of the areas in which we were judged.

For the security and confidentiality of our Clients, all staff are required to have a Police Check, and sign an employment contract that includes a confidentiality agreement.
