Are you Bonded & Insured?
Yes. Staff at each of our locations have passed out rigorous screening procedures, and completed our thorough training programme. Our Pet Sitters are experienced pet owners with a love and passion for the well being of animals. All Staff are covered by our extensive commercial general liability policy, as well as Workers Compensation Insurance.
When do you work?
Our Cleaners start about 9am and are generally finished by 3pm. We do not offer any cleaning service on holidays or weekends. Pet Sitting and Home Checks are available daily. Though we don't offer overnight stays, we may be able to recommend someone who can. Just call us!
Do we give you a key?
Most of our Clients choose to provide us with a key, which we tag with a secure system which does not identify it as belonging to their home. Other access options can be discussed if you are not comfortable with giving us a key.
Do you bring products and equipment?
For regular home cleaning service, we use what you have selected for your vacuum cleaner, mop, and cleaning products. Most individuals prefer to select the scents, brands, and tools which they want used in their home. If you are unsure what products are best for your cleaning needs, We can offer suggestions. We are also happy to consult with you if you are looking to make the switch to environmentally safe cleaning products. Our Cleaning Staff and the Earth will thank you! We do bring microfibre cleaning cloths, so that you don't have to supply cloths or paper towels. All the dirty cloths go out your door when we do!
Can I buy a gift certificate?
Yes! We have attractive certificates which your friends or family will appreciate receiving. We have arranged gift certificates over the phone and via email for such occasions as housewarming presents, baby showers, birthdays, and Mother's Day.
How can I pay?
Payment for regular cleaning services are due on the date of service. We accept personal cheques. You can complete our credit card authorization form if you wish to pay by Visa or Mastercard.
Payment for one-time cleans, window washing, and duct cleaning must be be reserved on a Visa or Mastercard when your clean is booked. Payment is processed in full after your service has been completed.
Payment for pet sitting and house sitting is due in full on the day of the first pet sit. For extended visits, other payment arrangements are made.

Is there a contract?
No! You do not sign a contract that locks you into a length of time. All we ask is that you abide by the terms of our Service Agreement, which covers policies and procedures such as NSF cheques, lockouts, and alarm codes. This agreement is provided to you along with your quote. |
