
Are you Bonded & Insured?
Yes. Our Cleaners complete a 10-hour training programme that includes referencing
and a police check. Pet Sitters are experienced pet owners with a love and
passion for the well being of animals. All Staff are covered by our extensive
liability policy. We have been claim free since our business was established
in 2001.
When do you work?
Our Cleaners start about 9am and are generally finished by 3pm. We do not offer
any cleaning service on holidays or weekends. Pet Sitting is available from
9am until 7pm, every day of the week, including all holidays. At this time,
we do not offer overnight stays.
Do we give you a key?
For regular house cleaning, most of our Clients provide us with two copies
of their house key. We have a key tagging system so that your key is not
labeled with your name or address. If you choose to be home on cleaning
day to let us in, our policy is to charge a Lockout Fee of 50% of your cleaning
cost if we are unable to enter your home at your scheduled cleaning time.
Do you bring products & equipment?
For regular service, we use your vacuum cleaner, mop, and preferred cleaning
products. We find that people tend to favour particular products and scents,
so we use what you have. We can certainly offer suggestions and are happy
to advise you on what products to select for the specific cleaning needs
of your home.
We do bring microfibre cleaning cloths, scrubby pads, and
toothbrushes. You don't have to supply cloths or paper towels,
and all the dirty cloths go out your door when we do.
Can I buy a gift certificate?
Yes! We have beautiful looking certificates which your friends or family will
appreciate receiving. We have arranged gift certificates over the phone and
via email for such occasions as housewarming presents, baby showers, birthdays,
and Mother's Day.
How can I pay?
Payment for regular house cleaning service is due on your cleaning day. We
accept personal cheques. You can complete our credit card authorization form
if you wish to pay by Visa or Mastercard.
Payment for one-time cleaning service must be be reserved
on a Visa or Mastercard when your clean is booked. Payment
is processed in full after your clean has been completed.
Payment for pet sitting is due in full on the day of the
first pet sit. A Visa or Mastercard is usually required
to reserve your pet sitting needs on our
schedule. When visits extend for more than a week, payment is made on a weekly basis.
What areas do you serve?
We currently have two offices to serve homes in south and
central Ottawa. We are growing and expanding through franchising,
so there may soon be an office to serve your area. Please

Is there a contract?
You do not sign a contract that locks you into a long term agreement with us.
You may suspend or cancel your housecleaning service at any time with two
weeks notice.
If you wish to skip a scheduled cleaning visit or pet sitting
agreement we require two business days notice. This allows
us to schedule your cleaner or pet sitter with other work
and prevent a loss of income for them. The cancellation fee
is $35 if you cancel less than two days before your cleaning
date or the start of your pet sitting visits.
