 
We offer an alternative approach to home cleaning which
combines the personal touch of having your own private maid
with the professionalism and security of a large company.
Our philosophy is to treat our Clients and our Staff with
respect and to take on only the tasks at which we know we
can deliver excellence. We don't overbook and we don't accept
jobs we are not skilled at doing. If we are unable to serve
you well we will refer you to the place that can. Our commitment
to quality and service was recognized in 2004 when we won
the Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics from the Better
Business Bureau.
Regular service is offered on a weekly,
biweekly, or monthly basis. Pricing is based on the tasks
involved and the size of the home. Our minimum clean is $75
+ GST. Most homes fall between $85 - $100 for biweekly service.
Your individual cleaning profile will be discussed and set
at the time of your quote.
One-time service is for those who have
special cleaning needs such as a party or a move. Rates are
$39 per hour of cleaning, with a 3 hour minimum. This would
be one Cleaner coming for 3 hours of work, or two Cleaners
working together for 1.5 hours. Payment for one-time service
must be reserved with a Visa or Mastercard. We are able to
provide a vacuum, mop, and cleaning products if required.
Your specific needs will be discussed at the time of booking.
Special services such as window washing,
wall washing, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and duct cleaning
may be arranged along with your regular house cleaning. These
cleaning services may also be booked separately. You do not
have to be a regular house cleaning client in order to arrange
these services. Window washing starts at $149 for 10 openings
of any size. Area carpet cleaning starts at $75. Wall to
wall carpet cleaning starts at $120. Duct cleaning is $250
for a 2000 sq ft home.
